Snow covers the ground and roofs of the building around you. You rarely see people oustide and when you do they are quickly hurrying from one building to the next. It\u2019s a very quiet town, with only the sound of the wind to fill your ears. You can see through the windows of buildings that people are always studying and have their nose in a book. As you enter a building the smell of old paper fills your noses. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Isperia is a school that specializes in the study of magic. It is a center of learning and the people who live in Isperia do a large amount of studious work. The largest and most extensive libraries in the land can be found in Isperia. The books that can be found in Isperia mostly concern themselves with the history and cosmology of the land, as well as the study of magic itself. People seek to understand the very laws that govern magic. It is a very orderly town as it is of peak importance not to disturb the work or study of the students and magic users that live there. Isperia was originally just a small encampment of human researchers and wizards. Together they set out on an expedition to the cold northern region of Avensuna. An unnatural phenomenon was rumored to have been taking place in the area. They established a small camp to do research the phenomena. Eventually a group of Gith and Tabaxi co opted this human research encampment, and turned it into a real settlement. Over time scholars from across the land joined them and the type of research being conducted grew and expanded into the university that stands there now. In the Isperia of today humans handle a lot more of the logistical and administrative aspects of Isperian society. They are more suited to it than the star-ward Gith and exploratory Tabaxi.<\/p>

The gith arrived in Avensuna, along with the tabaxi, upon their vessel. Avensuna is a material plane that easily lets outsiders in, but curiously is very difficult to leave. The gith found a northern human settlement filled with wizards and scholars that suited their needs, and co opted as their new home. Eventually it became the town of Isperia. The gith devote themselves to studying the cosmology of Avensuna and finding a way to leave the plane. In their spare time though they leave out lures to drag in unsuspecting Illithid parties that they then kill.<\/p>

The tabaxi arrived with the Gith on their vessel long ago. The specific reason as to why is lost to time, but they acclimated well to Avensuna. While they did join the Gith and Humans in establishing Isperia, they are far less sedentary. Most Tabaxi go on long ventures and journeys to collect information, artifacts, and tools from across the realm. They bring these back to Isperia, and set out again in search of more knowledge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
